Refund Policy

This English translation is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

Refunds are governed by the rules of international payment systems. The return procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Russian Federal Law on Consumer Protection.

• A consumer may cancel a purchase at any time before delivery and within 7 (seven) days after delivery.
• A product of proper quality may be returned if its appearance and consumer properties are preserved and proof of the purchase and its terms is available.
• A consumer may not return a product of proper quality with individually defined properties when it can be used exclusively by that consumer.
• When a consumer cancels a purchase, the seller must refund the amount paid under the contract, excluding the seller's cost of collecting the returned product, no later than ten days after receiving the request.

To request a refund to a bank card, ask Nezumo LLC for a Refund Application, complete it, and email it with a copy of your passport to support@nezumo.ru.

The refund will be credited to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days after Nezumo LLC receives the completed Refund Application.

For an incorrect charge, send a written request with a copy of your passport and receipts confirming the charge to support@nezumo.ru.
